Delivery & Returns Information

Orders will be dispatched every working day throughout the Christmas & New Year period. Delivery subject to the Royal Mail's working hours.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All UK orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day by FREE Royal Mail 1st class post. Delivery time is subject to the Royal Mail but will usually be 1-2 working days. Orders placed at weekends and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

What if I won't be home?

Our packaging is designed to fit through a standard letter box to avoid the need for anyone home to sign (UK orders). Alternatively, your order can be sent to a work or other address.

Orders are sent in a plain bubble-wrap envelope without our company name - just our address in the unlikely event the Post Office are unable to deliver and need to return.

Returns and/or Exchanges.

If you wish to return all or part of your order for exchange or refund, please do so within 21 days, unworn and boxed, and if possible in the original packaging. Please enclose your order number and a short note detailing your requirements. Tracked or Recorded mail is not necessary, but it is recommended you obtain a free Proof of Posting receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
